I bought the charge5 mainly for ECG reading, I have it on my right wrist and readings started off fine. Now majority of the time it is giving me upside readings with the occasional correct way up.

 

Does anyone else have this

It's good to see you for the first time in the community @Janna1234 

Thank you for sharing the difficulty that you are experiencing with your tracker.

I'd suggest you perform a restart.

Please, try uninstalling your ECG app and then re-installing it. To uninstall go:

  1. Your app, and from the opening, Today, screen click on the person photo/icon top left to go to the Account screen.
  2. Click on your Charge 5 picture and on the next screen choose Gallery at the top and then “apps”. 
  3. Select the ECG app and click uninstall.  Make sure you sync your Charge 5 after uninstalling.  Confirm that ECG is no longer on your Charge 5.

Next return to your Gallery and apps, and then re-install the ECG app.  

Sync your Charge 5 and confirm that the ECG app is back on your device.
