Enable double tap to clear notifications Charge 5

Double-tap typically returns you to the home screen from most places in the menu on the Charge 5 but not on notifications.  Please change this.  Sometimes notifications appear that I have already read in detail on my phone or for some other reason I want them to go away immediately so I can use other functionality on the Charge.

Hi, thank you for sharing this inquiry about the Charge 5, @LinearPeanut. 

I was able to test this on my Charge 5, and as you mentioned , you can't return to the main screen with a double tap when you're looking at your notifications on the screen. I currently swipe right to return to the previous page and then I can double tap to go to the main screen. However, it could be a useful implementation for this device. 

I noticed a few ideas posted in the forums about other features, but I didn't one posted for this. I recommend that you post this idea in the Feature Suggestion board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers. Make sure to post your idea including as many details as possible.
