I just want to tell everyone about the excellent service I received. In less then 24 hours Fitbit has sent out a new Charge 5. They didn’t hesitate to replace the one I had for less than a year. I also want to say how wonderful this community has been, because of y’all I was able to find the steps I needed to try first. Even though I was unable to fix my Charge 5 y’all are wonderful and I definitely will return to this community again. Thank you so very much.
