I would like to say once again, how grateful I am for this community and all the help that I found in here when trying to fix my charge five. Although I was unable to fix it and had to get a replacement, I am extremely grateful to Fitbit, because in just a couple of days a new Fitbit has arrived, that was fast service and now I’m back to wearing my Fitbit again. I am one extremely happy customer.

That sounds like a miracle. My Fitbit Charge 5 (under warranty) broke on September 25, and I still do not have a functional Fitbit. I have had many interactions with the Fitbit chat support and no one can seem to help. I am so frustrated and can't believe that it is taking so long.

I call the customer service number and actually talked to someone. I won’t use chat support. Maybe you should try calling customer service. I call them on like Friday and on Monday I had my new Charge 5. I hope you can get yours fixed.
