My question is do I need the premium subscription to access my HRV.  If I were to drop down to the standard free app will I lose access to HRV data?  Thank you.

I don’t have Premium and I can see my Heart Rate  Variability for one week.

This is what I can see on my App.  There isn’t anything else to see.

 I don’t know how that compares to Premium, but this is what we get for free.

In premium you can see the graph for 7-days, 30days and 90 days, no further information.

Consider that HRV is just a number, you have no clue how it is measures and it is measured only during the night, not on demand.
