Feedback about responses from Fitbit on the forums

I find it interesting how buyers of the Charge 5 post their comments/questions about how the Charge 5 isn't operating properly, and how features as advertised aren't available.  Fitbit seems to post the same canned answers depending on the topic for many of them.  Being that I have owned Fitbits from the beginning this is unacceptable, as they mostly don't answer the buyers questions.

Hi @iteldoo  if there are questions you didn't feel were answered, then you can ask them. Fitbit Moderators are on the forums to help and sometimes they do give the same responses, especially when so many questions are the same. Some people come to the forums and only need a link to the user manual or the sales information. Those with more specific questions will ask until they get the information they need. At least the responses on the forums are from real human beings and not bots. You thinking of getting the Charge 5?
