 Fitbit 5 will not connect to my phone why ?and how long do we have to wait before this is fixed? I bought this device for my health.

If it's a zflip or zfold android 13 caused an issue on which Fitbit may of not been prepared for. Some experiencing this issue in November many in December. Fitbit says early 2023 no date was given. Unfortunate.
