Fit bit App not showing Charge 5 HR history

Since recent Fitbit firmware update this summer,  I can see current heart rate on dashboard, but no history on the charts. I’ve reset Fitbit, Bluetooth, and made sure app updated, logged out etc as suggested but still can’t see actual HR history, any suggestions?
