Posted about this a year ago. Fought for a replacement. Got replacement. Dead after 1 year. 5th or 6th FitBit to die after 1 year of usage. Firmware update a corporate greed tactic and makes product useless.

Fitbit is doing nothing. There are many of us who have problems and they all tell us the same thing, the same message and, from what I have seen, no one has ever managed to solve the problem. Since Google appeared, customers who have been around for years no longer matter to Fitbit. Honestly, I don't understand the situation. This had never happened to me with other brands.
