Fitbit 5 Refund problem

Hello,

My Fitbit watch broke down 5 on July 14, I contacted Fitbit Support [Case number: ****]. After, an investigation, the refund request was accepted by the Fitbit support team on August 8.

I created a Payoneer account which is the same e-mail address that I used for my Fitbit Account.

I have been waiting for a refund since that day. I contact the support team again with the same case number. They said, they escalated the case but they cannot give "a specific time frame for this team to get back in touch with you"

On the other hand, I am a Fitbit premium user, Since July 14, During this time, I have not used any of the Fitbit Premium features. I am concerned that my subscription may expire while I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. what will happen to my Premium subscription during this time? Will it be extended or protected in any way while I await your response?
