Hi, anyone else having problems with the Fitbit App on their iPads since the latest iOS update? The app opens but just sits there blank with the fitbit name at the top—no graphs, data, nothing! I have been able to get it to sometimes show if I signin via the website to view the dashboard online, but it seems inconsistent so maybe just a coincidence. Hope they get it fixed soon, as it is affecting syncing.

I’m having the same issue. If I close and reopen app two or three times, it usually shows information.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Rsheri and @Deanlah!
Sad to hear you're having issues with your Fitbit apps. Glad to see that you've found your way here to get help.
I'd like to point out that of 11/21/23 version 4.04 of the Fitbit app for iOS has been released. So please check for an available update on that for your iOS device. You can do so by simply following this link:
Please keep in mind that iOS 15 or later is required for the current Fitbit app version.

I have version 4.04 on my iPad. Every day seems to add additional issues. This morning I opened the app and got blank white screen. After closing and reopening 4 times, information finally showed. Sleep time was wrong. I tried to change it and saved the change but app wouldn’t update the information. Health metrics indicated 5 of 5 were in personal range, but opening it up, showed no data for breathing rate and SP02 was below personal range. This was the first time since Wednesday that I even got a SP02 % showing. I also have to sync several times to get sone of the info to show up. I have restarted the tracker, attached charging cable and done the 3 press reset. All of these issues have started after the recent update.

I am encountering the same issues. I have version 4.04 of the FitBit app and my OS updated to 17.1.1 on the weekend.
