Fitbit App not updating

My wife and I each have a Charge 5.  We also have a Samsung S21 Ultra and a Samsung S22 Ultra.  The S22 has updated the app a few times over the past few weeks and now includes the new interface with update that shows the battery charge level (thanks Google for bringing it back).  The S21 is stuck with older new version that doesn't display the battery charge percent.  The Play Store says it is up to date with latest version but it is only at 4.03 (40349031) while the S22 is at 4.04 (110006463).  Any ideas on how to get the newer version loaded on the S21?

When there's a new app update, it usually has a gradual rollout. However, it's not clear to me how the schedule is determined as to when specific phones/devices get the update. 

Like you, I'm still on app version 4.03 for my Pixel 8 phone and the Play Store says my app is up to date. I'm checking every day to see if the update is available for me. 

I guess we have to be patient and just keep checking.
