Fitbit app on iPhone missing health metrics, weight, etc. My Charge 5 is working fine but all data not being recorded on app. Ran this morning and not all data transferred to app. Watch is working but app not collecting data. Help!
Quite frustrating…have used same app for years with no issues. Delete app and start over? Problem is Fitbit hasn’t responded with a fix…my Charge 5 is working fine but incomplete data transferred to app.
