My Fitbit charge 5 will not charge up.  We have tried cleaning the contacts, using different chargers, resetting it by pressing the button (tried several times), uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but the battery is still dead.  It does not light up at all and there is no vibration.  Anybody else having this problem and managed to solve it?  It is still in warranty.

I understand your feelings about this situation, and this is not the experience we want for our customers. 

I was able to confirm that you contacted support. Furthermore, I suggest you continue with them, since they have more tools in order to find your options.
