Hello @Gary622 and welcome to the Community.  Here is a link to Fitbit's Help article with the relevant section expanded.  There seems to be a current issue that keeps Android users from downloading their results.  I can't personally confirm, because I use an iPhone.

If you want to send an ECG directly to your doctor, the steps might be different for Android and iPhone users.  I can help you if you use an iPhone.
