Fitbit Charge 5 Stopped Monitoring Certain Data

Last night, shortly before 10:00 pm eastern time, my fit bit stopped tracking heart rate, steps, and txt notification.  Having said that, the calories was still being counted for today...yet everything else was at zero.  I tried several times to reset and finally I was able to perform a reset.  Calories stayed but everything else was at zero.  Txt notification also began again..   Anyone else have this issue yesterday or was this just a thing that happens?   

What's rough is remembering how to perform a reset...lol...I've had to do it about 3 times now since receiving my HR Charge 5 Dec 2020.

Make sure you didn't accidentally turn off heart rate in Settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thank you, the HR was still working properly. I think I had to complete a system reset to get everything working again. Just very weird what was working at what wasn't...
