My Fitbit charge 5,which I got for Christmas 2021, stopped tracking steps, sleep, heart rate. It will not allow EDA scan or ECG readings all since the update last week. I have reset from watch, I have reset from charger. I have cleared user data and did a factory reset. I have deleted my app and started fresh. I have removed device, added it back. And since update battery drains so fast. Weird thing is, it continues to indicate how many calories I’ve burned, yet it is not tracking steps. It is now allowing notifications from my phone, but no other feature is working.
I chatted with representatives that escalated my issue. The only response I got back was sorry it’s not charging, try this.
Needless to say, I’m beyond frustrated.
