Hi

I have a Charge 5 I was given for my birthday in July 2022. The  device only remains charged for max 4 hours. Have reset ... no improvement. Have cleaned contacts... no improvement. Have turned off all non essential notifications ... no improvement. GPS is off. Clock face Always On setting is off. Pebble charges but won’t retain charge. Suggestions???

Contact Support in the Help section in the app. Seems like warranty issue. They can send you a replacement.  Hope this works
