@HG7767 This may happen if you move too far away from your phone while the clock face is being transferred to your Charge 5.
Just select a new clock face and pay attention to keep your Charge 5 in a distance of around 5 meters to your phone until you see a confirmation on your Charge 5.

@HG7767 As your Samsung Galaxy S4 is supported considering Fitbit Services, you should be able to install new clock faces on your Charge 5.
