I changed the clock face like they said and it still says Clock error.

@HG7767 This may happen if you move too far away from your phone while the clock face is being transferred to your Charge 5.
Just select a new clock face and pay attention to keep your Charge 5 in a distance of around 5 meters to your phone until you see a confirmation on your Charge 5.

@HG7767 As your Samsung Galaxy S4 is supported considering Fitbit Services, you should be able to install new clock faces on your Charge 5.
I'd be glad if you'd just give it another try and report.
