I am unable to add a credit card to my Fitbit. I've followed all troubleshooting steps and even reset the device to factory settings. I read there's a firmware update, my current version is 188.58. There's another post that states "7/13 Update: We’re continuing to roll out this firmware for the Charge 5 Firmware Update 194.61, and expect more customers are able to update their devices. " So my presumption is I should be able to update to this version, but cannot. Can anyone confirm the current firmware version? Online help says I'm up-to-date with version 188.58.

Hello @jim_jim
My Charge 5 is on the same firmware version as yours. I thought that firmware update might have been pulled due to issues, but I'm seeing recent posts from users who are getting that update.
When the firmware update is available for your Charge 5, you should see a notification to install the update in the Fitbit app.
