Lying in bed just now and I got a ‘high heart rate’ warning of 140+ . I’m still in bed at time of writing this, heart rate is in the 70s. I immediately checked my heart rate with an app on my phone which had it as 79. The Fitbit took another minute to give me a similar low reading. I didn’t feel like my heart rate was high at the time so the notification was a bit of a shock and as far as I can tell incorrect. It’s on 45% charge.
