My Charge 5 is just three months old. Bought it in US when I went home. Got a job in India and came to Sri City near Chennai. My Charge 5 went blank. When I charge it it shows it is charging but when I remove it shows only 1% charged and doesn't display. I tried to reboot it several times. It vibrates and shows the icon but nothing happens. Now what do I do?  Feeling devastated. Please help.

Hi, @Rajani1959 , could this have to do with the difference in mains electricity?  Is your phone charging correctly?  Are you using the same plug to charge your Fitbit that you use to charge your phone?  Are you giving it a good 2 hours charge before taking it off the charger?  (That is what I would recommend.). 

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

The problem started only yesterday night. I was charging normally like I
always did and never had issues. Suddenly it is charging when it is plugged
in but the scree goes blank and the charge shows as one percent no matter
how long I charge it. I don't know if the problem is with recharger or the
device itself. It is under warranty but I am now in India and I bought this
in Best buy US. Even if I try to send it back it is going to cost me an arm
and leg. It is so frustrating.
