Hi Fitbit team,
I have been a fitbit user for almost 6 years now, I have been using fitbit charge 2 and I bought a Fitbit Charge 5 Activity Tracker on 7th Febuary 2024 to upgrade and I have been using it only for 5 months, now it just gives a black screen. I tried to rest it by connecting with charger and pressing it 3 times as instructed, but the logo does not appear. I need a replacement device or a refund, I bought it from Amazon and they aske me to contact the manufacturer directly. Please can you help
