My 11-month Fitbit Charge 5 suddenly stopped working yesterday afternoon. I tried all steps/tricks suggested in the internet communities, it still doesn't work. Warranty pages/steps from Fitbit website seems a cycular close loop lead to nowhere. What could I do?

You can contact support. Expect that getting it repaired or replaced will be a long, exhausting process.
