Hi all,
What seems a common issue with the charge 5 happened to me.
I was out for a run last week and my Fitbit died. The screen was flickering. I got back home and tried to reboot... Didn't work. I've let the battery die and now the fit bit logo come on... Then nothing. Won't sync to my phone or charge.
Is there anything I can do?

I have the same issue. I've reported it to the online support and they offered me a 50% discount on a new device. What an insult! It obviously has a known fault and they can't fix it. I've made an official complaint, but I don't hold out much hope of a resolution. I won't be buying Fitbit again.
