Fitbit Charge 5 upgrade available?

I just purchased a Charge 4 for my husband and now he recieved an email where the New Charge 5 is available. Is it possible to return the 4 since it is still Brand new(8-15-2021) and purchase him the 5?. Looks like the Color screen and new features too.

You will need to check the return policy of where ever the Charge 4 was purchased.
