My fitbit screen is flashing very brightly and sometimes goes black with horizontal colored lines

Hello @Generalgwolf 

I would try restarting your Charge 5. You will not lose any data performing a restart. Here’s how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm
