I've never had issue with Fitbit Pay on my Charge 4, had 2 cards there, did payments, all perfect. Got a Charge 5 and no matter what I do, I always get this message when trying to add cards: "There was a problem verifying your card details with your financial institution. Please verify and try again."
I've contacted my banks, one of them Revolut that said there's nothing wrong, I reinstalled my Charge 4 and delete the cards from there, I've tried with different cards, also from supported banks, no luck. Fitbit support is pretty much non existent, told me to contact the bank, did it, told me to reinstall the app, silly but did it anyway.
Is my upgrade from Charge 4 to Charge 5 an actual downgrade, are they pushing me towards Apple by simply not helping out!?

After 3 hours of failed attempts yesterday, chats with tech support that led nowhere, today, in 3 minutes I was able to set everything. A Fitbit server issue at the time is my guess. Anyway, it is solved.

Hi, @Flokic, welcome to the community, I'm assuming you only have this problem with Revolut. This is the full list of participating banks Fitbit Pay Bank Transit Support List, I use Starling without any problems. Your set-up is failing at the point Revolut needs to positively authorise, so I recommend you give it a few more tries making sure you are in a strong 4g mobile signal area.
I hope this helps.
Cheers
