Fitbit app not saving tracked GPS activities

My Fitbit app has stopped saving my tracked GPS activities. This has happened several times. At the end of the exercise I stop the activity, I can see the map and statistics. It doesn’t save though. I have photo evidence of this. Also, if I edit the length of the exercise it doesn’t work. Also, when it automatically tracks an exercise I can’t edit the type of exercise.

@EmmaH2024 Not being able to edit exercise after (auto track or manual) is a known issue. It wouldn't save.  I think it started 2 years ago after some update.  There are other threads on here about that. 

I have noticed in my mom's Charge 5 some GPS enabled manually tracked walk exercise won't save if the battery level is too low (say less than 45%).
