Fitbit broke my device, and now wont refund software bought in error.

My device was bricked by their updates a year ago. I cancelled my premium membership and must've thought Id cancelled the whole thing...since my device was useless.

I bought a samsung galaxy watch and never looked back. A year later, saw that £80 left my account for fitbit, immediately cancelled everything I could and requested a refund. DENIED! Not used the device THEY BROKE! or the services that go with it...and yet they wont refund a full year subscription that Ill never use.

@seandunderdale  you should cancel Premium, but don't expect any refund for the funds already taken from your account.

I cancelled at 12:01am once I saw the payment had gone out. I didnt realise I was still subscribed to a service I stopped using after Fitbit broke my device with forced updates.

I would expect any reasonable company to refund a payment for something subscribed to in error / by accident, a service I had no intention of using, because of their software rollout that broke my hardware.

@seandunderdale  see Section 2 under Paid Services - it tells you that there are no refunds.
