Yesterday about 1 pm central I noticed my Fitbit had a red circle with a white x on it I talked with a tech last night and they just kept saying to the cord reset I have done numerous times now and the fit bit logo shows up and then nothing I'm not able to turn on my screen or anything. My daughter got me this as a early Christmas gift. I've force stopped the app. Cleared my history and my cache etc and even reinstalled the app hoping to fix it but nothing. 😞 I got a case number but has anyone else had this and maybe it was an easy fix?
