My charge 5 WILL NOT charge to 100%. I contacted customer support and the answer from there was to make sure I charge the watch to 100% and then monitor for 24 hrs and report back.. I’ve left it on charge all day before and it will not charge higher that 99%. Anyone else having this problem?
and yes it’s updated restarted app deleted and reinstalled and every other item in the “helpful “ articles

Hi @Jennylea way back when this happened to a few of us on the forums (various style Fitbits) we would unplug it at 99% and wait a half hour or so and plug it back in. Usually it would get to the 100% mark shortly after. Why not try that and see if it works for you. It can't hurt.
