Fitbit display is blank

My Fitbit charge 5 is now only displaying a white screen. I've charged it and my app says it's at 100%, however the display on the charge 5 itself is blank.

Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. Before continuing I'd suggest syncing your Charge with the Fitbit app to not lose any data tracked so far. Then please try to restart your device by closely following these instructions as timing is crucial for this procedure:

1.) Connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the flat end of the charging cable 3 times within 8 seconds(!), holding each press for about 1 second(!).
3.) Wait around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on your device's display.

If this won't work for you in the first run, please give it another try as this procedure sometimes requires several attempts to work.

As there also might be a problem with your current clock face, I would suggest changing the clock face following the instructions provided here:
