Charge 5 / not working

My fit but has been acting funny for a bit. Random black screens, dashboard not matching what each category says when you click on category. Today the face of the Fitbit has the Fitbit emblem and will not do anything else. It will not sync. I can’t turn it off or reset from the watch it’s law of but did reset it from the charger and it does the same thing. Any ideas of what the issue may be? I just don’t want to replace it if I don’t need to..
