What happened to all of my steps in Sept and Oct?  Also of a sudden my steps are down. I have email that says I had 120,506 steps Oct 7 to 13.  On my phone, it shows 59,614.  This is not the only week that is wrong.  I had an average of over 12,000 steps this year as of last week.  Now this week it is right around 10,000.

Hello @SusanW1960

There has been an on-going issue on the Fitbit side that affects some users' ability to see historical data in the app. The team is aware of the issue and has been working on fixing the problem.

It seems to me to be a syncing issue between the user data on the Fitbit servers and the Fitbit app. As best as I can tell, there isn't loss of user data, we're just not able to see it in the app.

At this point, there isn't any troubleshooting steps we can recommend since the issue is on the Fitbit side. If I see any updates on the fix, I'll report back.
