My Charge5 is draining battery in few hours. Neither its getting on. Please advise.

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing with your Charge 5 and for outlining the steps you've already taken.

Let's start by trying these quick fixes:

    • Check both ends of the charging cable doesn't look damaged
    • Try another USB port or wall charger.
    • Clean the Fitbit and cable contacts.
    • If the battery was dead, give it an hour or two.
