I seem to be having the same problem as everyone else in that my Fitbit charge 5 stopped working about 2 months ago. It was a replacement for a 13 month old with the same problem. It won't synch and the battery dies within 1 hour of charging and the watch face is blank! I emailed customer services on 10.3.25 who said it was within warranty and I should return it for a replacement. I've since emailed twice for a return form but my requests have had no response from FitBit! Very poor service indeed and my Charge 5 will be out of warranty in approx 6 weeks. I need the issue resolved ASAP. Help 🤞
