I have had my Fitbit for 2.5 months and for the third time my Fitbit syncs everything but my premium features. For instance, it tracks my workouts, heart rate, and steps, but did NOT give me a sleep score, readiness score, stress management score, nor the following health metrics: HRV, breathing rate or 02 sat. I called fitbit customer service but they told le to do the usual resets and told me everything looked fine, when it is not. This is so frustrating.

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Premium features and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.
Keep in mind that the Health Metrics tile are not available in all regions. To check if the tile is available in your region, see the health metrics page on the Fitbit website. If you're still having trouble with the app not showing you the information, please try to:

Thanks for the response. It must have been something on Fitbit’s end (again) because this morning all the metrics were magically up and running again. 🤷:female_sign:
