When you set up Fitbit Pay, you’re prompted to set a personal 4-digit PIN code.
To authorize a payment, enter your PIN code the first time you use Fitbit Pay since last taking off your device, or if it's been 24 hours since you made a payment. You can read more about it here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2236.htm

Hello @shsalabdali and welcome to the Community. My first comment is that I don't use a Charge 5, but Charge 5 section in the Fitbit Pay help article says you enter your PIN code each time. Your 24 hour comment might refer to just using the device lock. My second comment is to make sure your bank is on the Fitbit Pay Bank and Transit List, so you know in advance if you are able to use the feature.
