Please give us a way to disable or remove Fitbit pay. I don’t use it and I will never use it and it is just annoying whenever I sync

@TigerLillie48 Welcome to the Fitbit community!

To disable Fitbit Pay, please go to your web Fitbit Dashboard and log in to your Fitbit account:

Fitbit Dashboard 

Now klick the gear icon in the top right corner and select Charge 5.

You'll see a list of settings for your Charge 5 afterwards. Below you'll find FITBIT PAY. Klick on that.

Now you can select Disable Fitbit Pay. Klick on that.

Finally, after having synchronized your Charge 5 with the Fitbit app on your phone, there should be no more asking for configuration of Fitbit Pay.
