Purchased new Fitbit from Argos UK with a 6 month premium subscription included

However when I try to set this up I am charged 79.99 by Google app store. It also says that a premium trial is not available to me despite it being sold to me with a six month trial included. I previously had a Fitbit charge 5 which broke and where I had a three month premium trial but this was a different device and this charge 5 was newly purchased. Tried to speak to the chat bot but it doesn't work and the automated phone support also just hangs up. All very frustrating... Please could someone help

Hi, @Gem.Ma! I believe you can only get a free trial once, it's associated with your account, not with the device.
