Charge 5 is useless. Bought it from the fitbit online store india. There are numerous glitches and bugs that needs to be resolved. Been wearing it for 3 nights straight, no skin temperature detected. Spo2 shows on the app but not on the watch, and the customer representative chat response was on top of the world: if you have seen it on the app, it will not show on the watch. Lol

Sync is something that fitbit that does understand, Guys stay away from this pathetic brand. No refund policy, no replacement . Utter scam and helpless customer.

Hello @Vexxeduser3

Sorry you’re so disappointed with the service in India.

There are a couple of things to take into account.  Firstly the Skin Temperature needs at least 3 nights to measure.  You’ve just done 3, how about waiting until tomorrow to see if it’s there or not?

SpO2.  This should show on both. It can take time to show up on the tracker.  It’s a good idea to have that screen on while you sync with the App.  It may take a couple of goes sometimes but should turn up.  Patience is quite important as not everything is as instantaneous as we’d like them to be.

In my case, when I sync in the morning, the Resting Heart Rate turns up in the App quite a while after the other stats do.  I know it will turn up, so just wait a couple of minutes and it does.

I don’t always get an SPO2 score or it will turn up the day after.  I try not to let it bother me.

If you’re very unhappy with your purchase it might be a good idea to check the conditions of sale in your country and contact Support for more help with a replacement or refund if that’s what you want.

Good luck!

Thanks for the reply.  I do not qualify for a replacement or a refund since the buggy product got delivered on Friday and I reported on Monday. As per your Fitbit policy , it has to reported within 48 hours. That is incredible ( for. Fitbit not for the user ). But really appreciate your PR strategy.. keep running

Hello @Vexxeduser3

I don't work for Fitbit, sorry.  I'm just a customer like you.  I try to help people out when I can and try to give advice to help solve their problems.  I was just trying to help you.

Lol.  No disrespect. Looking at your stats, I stand by my point. Thanks though!

Had posted this for other naive customers who have wasted their time and efforts on the worthless object. Guys beware of this brand especially in India.. no replacement and refund. Buy at your own risk!
