My sleep app starts on time but then quits between midnight and 3 am. It then continues until I wake up. I am getting two sleep times but the time between midnight and 3 am is not being tracked, thereby, not giving me an accurate reading. What is going on?

Hello @Tinausername
It's frustrating when our devices don't track our sleep properly.
When my device splits my sleep into more than 1 log, I open the app and edit my sleep into a single log. I note what time I woke up, delete the second log, edit the first log with my wake up time. It often takes an hour or so for the app to update my sleep log with my sleep stages and score. It took me quite a while to accept that deleting a sleep log only deletes a time interval and not the tracked data. Hopefully you won't have to use this workaround very often.

Hello @Howlrm
If you're asking about instructions on how to edit your sleep log, here's what I do:
As I mentioned, it usually takes some time - about an hour or so - for your sleep log to update with your sleep duration, stages and score.
If you have any questions about the instructions, please let us know.

My sleep has stopped working since Sunday and I couldn't find any way to start it. It's also always not accurate....split reading.
