My Charge 5 has suddenly stopped working. Screen is black and it won’t charge, although app is saying it’s at 99%.
Have tried a few of the resetting tips i’ve seen online like pressing the button on the usb 3 times within 8 seconds and pressing the button for 15 seconds. None of these have worked.
Any other things I could try?
Mine has done the exact same thing 3 days ago. Watch is completely dead... but is now allowing me to charge it.
Tried the three button presses but hasn't worked.
Performed a software update through the app on my phone but it's still dead.

I just contacted Fitbit support and they were really good. They're sending me a new one. Do you know how to contact them?

Then 'Help and Support'
Then 'Contact Customer Support'
Then 'Charge 5'
Then either 'Live Chat' or 'Call us'
