Mi band just broke in the interesection with the smartwatch and one band. I mailed the fitbit client services and they rejected my warranty application. They said the warranty doesn't apply in my country (Mexico).
Best AnswerIf it is just the band and not involving the actual nugget hardware at all:
I would certainly understand your frustration, and though I don't know the appropriate details of the warranty, I would be tempted to say that for a band, you might be better of just buying new 3rd-party ones from Amazon - wide variety of materials, styles, colors, can generally get a set of several for very reasonable price and get quicker than having to deal with Fitbit warranty procedure so don't have to go without wearing tracker for so long. I realize that is no excuse for seemingly lack of warranty service but sometimes worth it to avoid the stress. Your choice.
