Hello there!
My Charge 5 keeps deleting my steps. I’ve logged out of the app, uninstalled it, restarted my phone, redownloaded it and logged back in. I’ve restarted my Fitbit and tried to add it as a new device, but nothing has worked.
Any help is appreciated 🙂
