My Charge 5 suddenly began displaying 5 diamonds on the top of the display - the first is solid gray, second is a gray outline with black interior, third is solid teal/blue, and the fourth and fifth are solid gray. Nothing additional - no time, steps, just 5 diamonds. I cannot swipe away from this screen; I have connected to my charger and attempted to reset my Charge 5 without success. When I connect to my charger, it shows that my Charge is at 100% and shows the correct time. When I connect to the Fitbit app, the Charge is tracking my steps, calories, sleep etc. Any suggestions?
