Now, my sleep monitor is not being recorded or my HR.  Those of us that have the Charge 5 are getting tired of having to figure out how to fix all the problems Fitbit is having.  I am about done with Fitbit.  And, I have been with them since the beginning.  Yes, that small little Fitbit that slipped on my belt so many years ago.  You're selling a product that does not work.

I’m having the same problem. Not even a year old and they refuse to replace the watch because they are looking into the issue.
