I dropped my Charge 5 just a few feet off of the floor.  Now all that shows up on the screen is a 30 and a message to hold my finger and thumb on the side and hold still.  I did that, but nothing happens. I'm trying to charge it now.   I've only had my Fitbit for about 10 days.  What should I do next?

That means it is trying to do an ECG.  It has to be on your wrist to do that.  Put it on your wrist and put your finger and thumb where it says and let it count down from 30 to 0.  When it fell, it must have just bumped the control to activate the ECG.  I would expect you could just back out of it though, but I forget how you back up on the Charge 5 - probably the side button.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
